Get Younger Looking Skin: Apply These Natural Remedies
Wouldn't it be better if we could look like sixteen for our entire life? No worries about fine lines, wrinkles, loose and dull skin, just the beautiful young looking skin. But it is not so. Our lifestyle and age start to take a toll on our skin. We can delay this aging process by taking some measures. Sure, there are dozens of creams and lotions at drugstores which can be applied, but not all of them necessarily produce significant results. Instead, we can take some time out of our daily lives and follow some tips.
1.) Put on some masks:
Honey and lemon mask.
These right-out-of-kitchen ingredients are packed with anti-aging agents. Honey acts as a moisturizing agent while lemon acts as a bleaching agent which will help lighten the dark spots and blemishes. Try using organic honey for this mask. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of lemon and apply it on your face. Leave it for about 10-15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry your face.
Simply grate the avocado and make it into a paste. Apply evenly to your face and neck and leave it for about 15 minutes. Avocado is a good source of vitamin E which enhances your skin radiance and it also prevents fine lines.
Egg white and yogurt mask.
Take an egg white and mix it with one tablespoon of yogurt and few granules of sugar. Massage this mixture onto your skin for about 5 minutes and then let it sit on your face for another 10 minutes. Rinse your face and pat dry. Egg white and yogurt help in tightening loose skin and the sugar will exfoliate all the dead skin.
3.) Under the eyes:
The aging greatly affects the skin under our eyes. Dark circles, puffy eyes, and wrinkles are the most common. We should take good care of this skin. The essential oils like Neroli oil, grape seed oil, sandalwood oil and lavender oil can be used. Also, natural aloe vera gel when applied under the eyes can heal the skin and also moisturizes it keeping it young.
4.) Healthy Food- the secret ingredient.
How we look depends primarily on what goes into our body. Fruits and vegetables stocked up with antioxidants and vitamins will notably promote younger skin. Broccoli, tomatoes and bell peppers contain a large amount of vitamin C which helps in building collagen and make our skin tight. Blueberries and raspberries are filled with probiotics, flavonoids, vitamins, and antioxidants. They promote cell regeneration and also frees the skin from pollutants. Fish, high in omega-3 fatty acids, moisturizes the skin from within and make it supple.
Keep your skin glowy, young and rejuvenated by these simple homemade remedies.
