  6. A low-fat food is also a big “NO-NO”. People following Keto diet are advised to avoid low fat or fat-free cheese or yogurt. Instead, they are advised to switch onto plenty of healthy fats along with full-fat cheese. With no sugar, you can even enjoy a full-fat yogurt.

  7. To complete the need for proteins in the body, you can eat organic, grass-fed or pasture raised meat. The best thing is you can have meat in moderate amount as it doesn’t have any added sugar in it.

  8. Another thing like any other diet, Keto also emphasize water intake. You can have plenty of water and you can even add a little lemon or lime juice or Stevia based flavorings for a little change.
